What is corporate coaching and who is it for?+
Corporate coaching is 1:1 or small-group coaching for leaders and high-potential teams inside a company — usually paid for by L&D or the leadership budget. Typical clients in Dubai are MDs, directors, and rising VPs whose next promotion depends on how they show up, not just what they deliver.
Do you work with teams as well as individuals?+
Yes. Engagements range from a single executive on an annual retainer, to a cohort of 6–12 leaders working through a 3-month communication programme, to bespoke offsites for ExCo and sales teams across the UAE and GCC.
How is this different from a training course?+
Courses teach concepts. Coaching changes behaviour. Each session works on real, upcoming moments — the board update next week, the QBR pitch next month, the difficult performance conversation today — and uses the AI practice tool between sessions so the reps compound.
Can you invoice in AED through a UAE entity?+
Yes. VoicePower invoices in AED or USD through a UAE-registered entity and can work with your procurement and vendor onboarding process, including DIFC and ADGM-based companies.
Where are sessions held?+
